Chris Maples Shuler, Broker

Chris Maples Shuler Chris’ responsibilities include conducting the overall operation and growth of the company. She is active in area of investment brokerage, property and asset management, retail, office and industrial sales and leasing, tenant representation and consulting, investment analysis and all fiduciary transactions of the business.

Chris has held the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since November, 1999.

Chris was a founding member and officer of BOMA of Southwest Missouri. She is a member of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Springfield Business-to-Business, Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has received numerous community service awards and recognition for her dedication and service to the Greene County area.

Jeannie Scott, Property Manager

Jeanie Scott Jeanie has been employed by Maples Properties more than eight years and is accountable for the daily operations of approximately 750,000 square feet of commercial and residential real estate. Working closely with Landlords and Tenants, Jeanie performs all aspects of management, maintenance, lease administration, and improvements or expansions in a timely and economical manner. With extensive experience in marketing, printing, commercial real estate, and property management, Jeanie has been affiliated with Follman Properties and ONCOR International. Jeanie is a licensed Realtor and attended Santa Ana College in Santa Ana, CA.

Jeanie is married to Bruce, a Service Advisor for Jenkins Diesel; they have a son, Warren, who is a student at College of the Ozarks.

Susan Christy, Sales Manager

Susan Christy Susan Christy brings to Maples Properties 30 years of small business ownership and management experience. An entrepreneur and professional administrator with excellent public relation and organizational skills, Susan has received numerous national awards and recognitions for facility management, staff training / teambuilding, and graphics skills.

Since 2001 Susan has explored all aspects of Real Estate sales and leasing, supervising all of the real estate transaction files for the company of over 400 Realtors, managing and listing REO properties, coordinating referral services, and supervising up to 40 commercial real estate agents and their transactions.

Susan’s extensive Real Estate and small business experience adds a solid base to our brokerage. With her main focus on sales, communication, and marketing, Susan ensures that all of Maples Properties’ transactions are carried out appropriately, in the minimum time, while returning maximum profits for the Seller / Landlord and Buyer / Tenant.

Brandi Wilson, Administrative Assistant

Brandi Wilson Involved in managing all aspects of daily operations, Brandi is the first to interact with Maples Properties’ clientele and see that their needs are met. In addition to general office management, Brandi assists the Property Management division by processing timesheets, collection and daily deposits of property financials, reference and background checks on prospective tenants, development of proposals, presentations, and property marketing.

Brandi is a lifelong member of the Springfield community and enjoys raising her young daughter, Jenna. Having spent the majority of her career working to implement and execute programs for youth at the Boys and Girls Club, Brandi has also held the position of Communications Manager with Premier Contracting Services, working with insurance agents and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Becky Bergmann, Administrative Assistant

Becky Bergmann Becky is an extension of the Property Management division as well as the Commercial Sales and Leasing division, handing many duties in each. Instrumental in all aspects of marketing both the brokerage and our clients’ properties, Becky has held her Real Estate license since 1988 and works in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management.

Formerly a small business owner, Becky also brings fourteen years experience at Morris-Tarvestad & Associates focusing on development and property management to Maples Properties, having worked on such projects as National Avenue Medical Building, Fremont Medical Building, and the Galleria Shopping Center.

Becky and husband, Bill, a partner/principal with Butler Rosenbury and Partners, have two children attending the University of Missouri.
