At Maples Properties we believe it is our duty to exercise the utmost skill and care for the Seller of Landlord and to promote their interests with good faith, loyalty and fidelity in the sale, lease, or management of a property. 

Examining and Analyzing of an Asset:  Maples Properties will provide Economic Analysis, Market Support Data, Marketing Materials, Property Enhancement, and Due Diligence materials as needed to best facilitate a timely transfer of property or transaction completion.

Broad-Based Marketing Campaign:  Properties will be placed on MaplesProperties.com and the CCIM, Loopnet, and Costar websites, as well as other pertinent digital formats.  Each website will have color photos of the property and a description which is available to prospective Buyers and Tenants 24/7.  Every property will be specifically marketed to all local brokers, and signs will be strategically placed in a manner to optimize interest.

Targeted Marketing Plan:  Each property will have a professional, sales-oriented brochure complete with photos, floor plans, locator maps, and specification sheets prepared to be mailed, e-mailed, or faxed to prospects.  Real Estate Brokers, Owner/User prospects, and s Owners of adjacent properties will be contacted to determine interest in the property and obtain pertinent information.

Transaction Management:  Property tours, Letter of Intent, On-going reporting, decision support, closing support, and due diligence are all a part of managing each step of a client's transaction at Maples Properties.

Buyer / Tenant Representation

Maples Properties will perform a needs assessment to locate properties which meet each client's specific requirements.  Experience and knowledge of the real estate market will be utilized to assist the client in making an informed decision about the purchase or leasing of a property.

Income / Investment Properties

Associates with Maples Properties will provide expert assistance with a client's investment interests by calculating the financial analysis of a property.  This analysis will help the Buyer, Seller, or Lessor make an informed decision about a specific property.
